Normally a biannual event, we couldn't wait for 2021! Our Learning for Sustainability (LfS) Conference is back and planned for the middle of Term 1 so that you can get inspired for all of your sustainability initiatives for the coming year. You can watch a snapshot of the 2019 Conference below

The Conference provides a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded people, hear from experts in the field, gain contacts and ideas to take back to your classroom, all while enjoying local food in a beautiful setting.

Some of the planned workshop topics at the 2020 conference include:

  • Eco-Anxiety
  • Behaviour Change Techniques
  • Getting the Whole Community on Board
  • Grant Writing
  • Recycling
We will also have dedicated sessions for Early Years Educators, Primary-Age Educators and Secondary-Age Educators focusing on embedding sustainability into the classroom. Stay tuned for more session topics and further conference details as they are announced.
Morning tea and lunch are both provided as part of this event. A certificate of attendance will be sent out after the conference as recognition of the professional development undertaken on the day.
