EASL's Learn 2 Lead Student Leadership Program intends to strengthen young people’s connection with their local community and teach them leadership and project management skills to enable them to take action and feel more secure in their future. It will foster social connectivity and create opportunities for students to build relationships and relate with local mentors and role models. The program will use real world examples that students may want to pursue within their own schools or community, such as veggie gardening, waste education campaigns or energy efficiency projects.
- Monday afternoons between 3:30pm - 4:30 pm during Term 2 (skipping education week)
- Secondary Schools
- Online sessions
- 4-5 Specialised Content Sessions focussing on leadership, team building, project management, budgeting and promotion. There will be short check-ins set up through the program to offer reflection opportunities and to check understanding from the content sessions.

An expression of interest process is currently open and a information session will be held once program planning recommences (details TBA).
