Term 2 Beyond Net Zero Meeting – hosted at Luther College

Is your school interested in sustainability?  Are you interested in working towards net zero?

If yes, you’re invited to join a network of schools who are interested in climate adaptation and mitigation, or sustainability more generally! It doesn’t matter if you are just starting out or well established.  This network is about sharing ideas, advice and support. Is your school interested in sustainability?  Are you interested in working towards net zero?  This network is about sharing ideas, advice and support. Host school Luther College will take you through their sustainability journey, as well as guest speakers presentation around circular economy practices and plenty of time to network with a like minded community.

This network is co-facilitated by Eastern Alliance for Sustainable Living (EASL) and Environment Education Victoria (EEV).

There are lots of great reasons for us wanting to establish this network! Here are a few of them:

• provide the opportunities for schools (in similar situations) to share what they’re doing, to inspire and support each other, and to workshop challenges together
• For EEV and EASL to support these schools to be leaders in sustainability, and in climate action and mitigation, to inspire and share with other schools and communities across the state
• Anyone from your school is welcome to attend. We have had Teachers, Principals, Business Managers and Finance Officers at past meetings.
